As she is questioned by local police authorities, you will relive the events of that fateful evening as Lisa explains what happened.
Lisa Parker is an international student living in Japan during the early 2000s. Working a part-time job at the SpinFuel Gas Station, her daily routine revolves around the mundane tasks of scanning products, restocking shelves, and maintaining the store.
However, her quiet life begins to unravel when she starts noticing a mysterious man who seems to be watching her and the store from afar—over and over again.

Heya there! I'm Armin, the solo developer behind Obscured Stories!
I’ve always loved creating stories. Ever since I was a kid, I’d come up with creepy monsters, mysterious events, or entire fantasy worlds filled with different races at war or living side by side.
I’ve got a huge love for both horror and fantasy, whether it’s in movies, books, or games. And I’ve always been especially drawn to JRPGs and psychological horror.
There’s just something about a story that sticks with you, whether it makes you think or gives you chills. That’s the kind of experience I want to create.
Obscured Stories is a series I’ve wanted to make for a long time. It's not about ultra-realistic graphics (though that's cool too), it's about stories that feel like they could happen.
Realistic horror.
Survivors of strange, traumatic events telling their side through conversations, found footage, tapes... whatever fits the story.
The Resentment is the first game in the series, and my head’s already spinning with ideas for what comes next. There are so many stories I want to bring to life, and I can’t wait to share them with you! Hope you enjoy the ride!
